SERVICE GAMES ?!
I thought it was literally a Japanese name wtf
Had the Megadrive and the Saturn. The Megadrive was great, but not even Nintendo or Microsoft could live with Sony's offering. If you're not into PC gaming, Playstation has dominated the market, although I accept that the XBox has it's fans.
ОтветитьMy vote is Sega Genesis 😎
ОтветитьI need to know the unknown password to hack into the file to help them!
Ответить"genesis does what nintendon't" that was a big blow to nintendo 😂😂
ОтветитьWhat about professor asabin the bow tie wearing rabbit
ОтветитьThe Genesis will always remain supereme.
ОтветитьI’m planning to get a Sega console at some point. Either a classic Mega Drive for nostalgia or maybe a Dreamcast to see how good or bad it really was 🎮
ОтветитьCome back happy new year 2024
Ответитьpitfall on the atari lynx gives me nastolgia

ОтветитьNot a bad video, but I think it was unnecessary to make a significant chunk of it about Nintendo. Especially considering that Nintendo's evolution video is four times as long and most likely contains little of Sega. It's worth noting that Sega had several rivals. To add to that, their more recent history as a software developer didn't receive nearly enough screen time. So, as I said, not a bad video but somewhat half-hearted.
ОтветитьWhile the Sega Genesis didn't dazzle gamers the way the Super Nintendo did with titles like Super Metroid, Donkey Kong Country, Final Fantasy III/VI, TMNT Turtles In Time, Starfox, Chrono Trigger or Super Castlevania IV – it did have its own library of superb titles: Streets of Rage 2, Sonic the Hedgehog, Shining Force I & II, Castlevania Bloodlines, Phantasy Star II and IV, Rocket Knight Adventures, Shinobi III, Comix Zone, Gunstar Heroes, etc. Perhaps that's why the Genesis held on for so long.
ОтветитьDo Acer laptop plz
ОтветитьAll sega all Day ❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьWoah, there is a massive error here, the Sega Genesis has 2 CPUs, the 68000 and Z80, that's why it's backwards compatible with the Master System, same CPU and sound chip, the sound chip of the Master System is used alongside the FM chip, the Sega CD was also 16 bit and used the same 68000 CPU, but faster, the speed is right, but that's the only thing you got right about the Sega CD
Ответитьsega is the defintion of "if you can't beat them, join them"
ОтветитьI'd like you to make the evolution of Kirby next.
ОтветитьAww The evolution of Sega consoles spans several decades, and each console has left its mark on the gaming industry. Here's an overview of Sega's major consoles:
Sega Master System (1985):
Sega's first home console.
Competed with the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES).
Featured popular games like "Alex Kidd in Miracle World."
Sega Genesis (Mega Drive outside North America) (1988/1989):
Became Sega's most successful console of its time.
Introduced iconic franchises like Sonic the Hedgehog.
Allowed for add-ons like the Sega CD and Sega 32X.
Sega CD (1991):
An add-on for the Genesis that played CD-ROM games.
Enhanced graphics and full-motion video.
Featured titles like "Sonic CD."
Sega 32X (1994):
Another add-on for the Genesis, aiming to provide 32-bit gaming.
Short-lived due to the impending release of the Sega Saturn.
Sega Saturn (1994/1995):
Sega's first 32-bit console.
Introduced 3D gaming with titles like "Virtua Fighter."
Faced tough competition from Sony's PlayStation.
Sega Dreamcast (1998/1999):
Sega's final home console.
Introduced online gaming with a built-in modem.
Technologically advanced but faced strong competition from Sony's PlayStation 2.
Despite the commercial challenges that Sega faced in the hardware market, their consoles left a lasting impact on gaming culture. The Sega Genesis, in particular, is remembered as one of the most iconic consoles of its era. While Sega is no longer in the hardware business, the company continues to produce games as a third-party developer and publisher.
Game Gear is 8 bit, not a 16 bit CPU
ОтветитьI only had Master System, but it's my favorite console. Played a lot of Rastan and Zillion. Always liked the sounds and look
ОтветитьGauntlet on SEGA Dreamcast was the first game I completed to the end. It was the first game system I was introduced to by a friend.

ОтветитьThe Saturn was a waste, a waste because the console has very good capacities, but Sega fucked it over with countless errors like the way they advertised it, or not giving any development tools while it was harder to program on its dual processors. That's a shame, because just this last point, developing games for the Saturn would have been a LOT easier. And games editors would have followed.
ОтветитьThe Rated- K-A Is Dead
ОтветитьSega creeped me out when I was a kid but the Dreamcast was the best. It still looks sleek and modern
ОтветитьOnly reason Dreamcast failed was the PS2
ОтветитьThe Dreamcast was actually heat it’s probably sega’s second best console, behind the genesis. Only reason it failed was because the PS2 and the GameCube
ОтветитьThe selling data is wrong, the genesis sold 40million and the sega cd sold 6 million, nice video
ОтветитьMy girlfriend owned a Sega Mega Drive with a Mega CD, Game Gear, Sega Saturn & Dreamcast. This was all in the late 2000s and early 2010s. Meanwhile I'm more of a Nintendo & PlayStation fan
ОтветитьSega just did TOO much. Nintendo was simple. NES 8 bit, SNES 16 bit, N64..umm 64bit, GameCube 128, Wii, I believe also 128, Wii U 256, and the Switch which is on a lower side PS4 level of power. The only time Nintendo had the more powerful system was the SNES, GameCube was more powerful then PS2 and had a few features that were better then the Xbox, but Xbox overall still won the generation. Wii U was weaker then the 360 and PS3 but still ran Zelda BOTW, which is still today a standard level of game you will get on the switch, I mean TOTK just came out and looks barely slightly better?, that’s a PS3 level game going up against XBOX Series X and PS5 games like Demon Souls remake, probably the best looking game I’ve ever played and it’s not even close. N64 should have been more powerful as they were completely against 32bit systems but that there shows you what CDs could do and why Nintendo made a mistake not going down that road. Sega in the other hand seems to come out with two 4bit systems, two 8bit systems, a 16 bit system with two different 32bit add on systems, then finally a real 32bit system then ended with a 128bit. Just year after year after year another system, another add on, it was too much. Then once you notice their patterns, it turns you off. Why buy this system that the company will give up on next year.
ОтветитьSEEEGAAAAAAA
ОтветитьDreamcast ❤
ОтветитьI wish it was just nintendo sega and Sony, then Nintendo Sony and Microsoft. it would have been a much better console war.
ОтветитьAs anyone who owned a Game Gear will attest, the batteries did NOT last 4 hours. I'll never forget the time I put 6 new batteries into it on the ferry over to France, turned it on, and the battery light started flashing.
ОтветитьI had 5 sega
ОтветитьI feel kinda bad for sega, they never made anymore consoles just because of other big video game companies competing with them. I never knew what Sega was going through until I saw this video (cuz i'm a nintendo fan and I didn't pay attention to sega that much). But these consoles did seem like pretty good consoles, except how most of them weren't really a success.
ОтветитьI remember seeing the Dreamcast graphics for the first time.
They blew my mind.
For me it's the biggest just going from my beloved Playstation to the Dreamcast.
But I must say I love all tbe the companies and there consoles and games
Also you forgot to mention that the Dreamcast copied Xbox button controllers
ОтветитьNintendon't is a Wii homebrew
ОтветитьLoved my Sega Genesis. Played that sucker non-stop.
ОтветитьAnd now Sega is back... Old classics with a new twist...i can't wait!!!
ОтветитьMega drive 😍
