ОтветитьYou guys are amazing and keep doing what your doing bud thanks for the laughs and for the really real tv and I'd support you any day bro
Ответитьthe only guy that know how to do it is nathan, the others, a bunch of useless guys
ОтветитьThank you for the bonus video. Appreciate it as I haven't missed even one of you videos since I signed up to your channel. 😊👍💛 🚗
ОтветитьProblem with rebuilds is you don't know who was the mechanic that f'd this mess. Best to disassemble and reassemble, replace damaged pieces. Or fire it up , open it up and see if you can figure it out as it's loosing it's sit
ОтветитьReplace the 5 lb pushrods with light weight replacements guaranteed to improve high engine speeds
ОтветитьOld 390 's use 352 engine blocks
ОтветитьChad without his hat looks like a true professional
ОтветитьLooks like a runner 👍🏼 chuck it in something & use it 🤙🏼
ОтветитьBeaucoup de monde sur ce moteur !! En plus dehors et sans établis , je me pose des questions ?? Hello Yolene ...
ОтветитьI've got a torque wrench like the first one Chad brought out. Had it for about 45 years.
ОтветитьA good bunch of blokes
ОтветитьGood thing Nate’s there 👍
ОтветитьChad should use that car hoist to lift his new break off the trailer. And maybe install casters under the the legs of the new break so it can be easily stored out of the way when not in use.
🫵🏻😎👍🏻
Too many boys for that . The oil pressur sil is not clean rebuild ???
ОтветитьAll FE engines have 352 cast number on front of block, and if it’s rebuilt show me the paperwork and name and number of place that rebuilt it
Ответитьcome on , 2 bolt mains. belongs in a family station wagon
ОтветитьNo offense to your engine builders Chad. But I don't think I would be removing Main and Rod caps outside in the open with dust blowing around. Not a very clean atmosphere.
ОтветитьJunk motors
ОтветитьLook at thrust bearing
ОтветитьJolene = cameraperson, sound, director, production and running business side of things, a very hard working young lady, well done.
Ответить352 is a piece of shi @t engine
ОтветитьToo bad there is no transmission for the motor , may be tricky to find
ОтветитьThis ole guy doesn't know beans how to use a torque wrench!!!!
ОтветитьI would reset torque on all rods and main caps so you know they are equal.
ОтветитьNate obviously knows how to use a torque wrench.
ОтветитьIt's called Plastic gauge,I never seen anyone open up Plastic Gauge like that must be very old.
Ответитьtheir little plasti gauge attempt is comical...to get a proper reading all parts must be clean of oil....both bearings......plasti gauge is pointless on old junk motors...won't tell you the journals are egg shape ...plus using extensions on a torque wrench requires math to allow for them...4 guys working on one engine and not one has a clue
ОтветитьNever seen bearing journal measured with a peice of paper before. Must have done my trade wrong I use a micrometer.
ОтветитьIs it new camshaft . Has the cam been run in ,I would not take the chance that it has been broke in I would get it started on a stand as fast as you can so the break in lube is not washed of the cam ,and run it at cam break in speed for the amount of time needed. It would be a shame to wipe the cam out .make sure you use a lead replacement in the oil right of the hop É.
ОтветитьAnyone who would buy something Chad is selling deserves what they get
ОтветитьWHY WAS MY LAST COMMENT DELETED .I was just describing the proper way to use plastigage .what's the point of you asking for comments when you turn around and delete them
Ответитьgood show , I really liked how guy just throws the peace of plastigage on the ground that he didn't know how to use , like its his own yard ,so much disrespect .Good job buddy !!
ОтветитьOil pan off then turn.(jus t incase of metal that settles to the bottom does not dump into the cam and crank.)
ОтветитьI see the Corvette out, time for a videoing going for a nice drive in it.
Thanks for the extra video
I want a ride in the vette
ОтветитьGood enough 👍
ОтветитьThe crank is not wore on the top ?????????
Ответить👍
ОтветитьSo what the back story with
Rooster I miss it
Looks like you got a nice set of GT heads only they haven't been drilled out for the cross bolt pattern The Boss by the exhaust where the hump is is normally where they drill the hole for GT pattern😊
Ответитьthese 15 minute videos are great. I can watch one without feeling like I'm about to lose an hour.
ОтветитьSend it!
ОтветитьChad cannot build a or and he can’t Tig weld
ОтветитьKeyboard warriors are in full voice now
ОтветитьExcellent Camera work ! 👍
ОтветитьThat oil pan gasket didn't look very fresh.
And a 352? That's ancient! All you have to do is smell the oil. An engine that has been run will have a definite odor. I don't know why these u-tubers insist on using an old worn out engine! Send it to a reputable machine shop get it rebuilt. All the work you put in that car and put a worn out engine and transmission in it.
People always say they don't have time to do it but they always have time to do it over.!
Hard to watch these guys fumble around and drop the tools in the dirt and then use them after. Can’t see what the torque setting is. Doing this all outdoors in the dirt !!
ОтветитьI can’t understand why Jolene is not more in the videos, needless to say , she is far better to look at than the rusty heaps ! My vote is for more JOLENE!!! Add votes now !!
