ОтветитьGreat comments on sodium, however would like to know the minimum/maximum daily sodium intake recommendation. For example, if going to water fast for one day should an eight or a quarter teaspoon of salt be taken?

ОтветитьI have a hard time taking doctors who say fruit sugar is bad seriously. If we aren’t designed to run on sugar, what are we designed to run on? It’s not protein (no energy) and it’s not fat, that’s a backup. So…?

ОтветитьI usually take one when I've had a bad eating day ie have had a lot of junk or not that much food or veg or fruit then will leave them out on a healthy food day . Not sure if they really have any beneficial effect anyway to be honest - I mean there are something like 10-15 vitamins in each tablet- how can the body absorb all these from a tiny tablet/capsule? I guess they probably just pass through your system with no to little absorption But I kind of take them anyway as a kind of insurance policy just in case.

ОтветитьI went from 248lbs to 155lbs within a 2 1/2-3 yrs period by switching to a whole food plant based diet. I am 60yrs of age, and I am 5'8" tall. No snacking, 1-2 meals a day, going to bed by 9pm and wake by 6-7am. First meal of the day at 12 noon, last meal at 5pm. I follow the science as close as possible. Just had a complete male panel done a week ago. Dr. said everything was in normal range except that I need to bring my cholesterol up a little, by adding more Omega 3's, and/or exercising more. I lost all my weight without any added exercise. Today I just had a physical exam. Everything is in healthy range. So looks like I am healthy enough to get out in the sun, and get exercise between the hours of 10am-2pm.

ОтветитьYes, first take the person out of the toxic environment. It is Rehab. Any addiction calls for rehabilitation. I have been diagnosed for stage 4 c. I bought rural land, I am taking myself out of the toxic environment and following Dr Allan Goldberg- Fasting for 40 days, and then start with green smoothies. I know what to do I must just do it. I helped teenage drug addicts come clean for many years. Now I am doing a rehab on myself!! Thank you for all the information on this talk. We have to glean from each other. Shalom from South Africa
