Well in my case it was hardware error. I replaced my 10 year old motherboard completely with brand new motherboard and now it doesn't give me any problems.

Is this a hardware error or software error?

Bro how am I supposed to do that if my pc is stuck like that and every time I turn it on it goes to the blue screen

I had this problem on my newly bought hp system . I tried everything but nothing solved at last i found out that processor is causing the problem after changing processor its fixed

for me it does not work, when I start the computer I have the message that appears on the screen, the computer restarts and then black screen with the computer running.
I can't even launch safe mode with the f8 key, it does exactly the same thing, hangs, restarts, black screen.
same with usb keys boot with windows 10, always kmode and then black screen.
can you help me ? thank you
