First Hunt with Bloodhounds in Call of the Wild!

I completely rely on the bloodhound to play this game most of the time. Tracking animals has never been fun for me in hunting games and the bloodhound can find everything.

QUESTION I bought the blood hound dlc and I have 2 ps4 accounts one with internet one without on the one with internet the blood hound works just fine but on the one without internet when i got to buy one in the store i name it but it doesn't name every time i try to name it so i can not use it Do i need internet to use it?

Most annoying thing, that have happened many times now! ..Your laying down to scope in on the long tracked tricetarget ...and the split-second you want to pull the tricker, it all gets dark?!? ..scoping out ..just to realize, that your dog has walked in front of you while looking at something to your right, completely blocking your view ..and when you finally get it to move(or move yourself) your target is long gone...!!
In the beginning i had many problems with the dog getting stucked in the map somehow, but i managed to get around this problem, by fast travel to outposts and go out again ..this still happens now n then, but i can deal with it, as it is now.

Been playing bout 2 weeks now...dog has pushed me twice now, as im taking a shot 😡

Can this dog fight against other animals

How does his tracking work with animals that AREN'T downed? Like if you shoot an animal and it runs but doesn't go down, does the dog just track it until he gets too close to the animal to the point where it spooks it and makes it run further away?

I had a bloodhound named rocky and he was all brown. When you said "I will name him rocky" I started to tear up because I haven't heard that name in a while
