It would have been easier to assemble the machine without this step

Ответитьi understand scrapping is good but in todays worlds machine manufacturing like doosan and hwatchen only some area they scrabe and most of the area they use profile surface grinding .

ОтветитьAmazing craftsmanship. I have seen many Matsuura mills in shops that were running non stop production for decades without any problems. I still see some of the old red Matsuura machines around from time to time.

ОтветитьIs there any other method for achieving similar mating of surfaces? Let's say you would wire EDM a casting into two pieces, would you still have to scrape to achieve good contact?
