Well, you don't have to be an entity of a film industry, nor a celebrity to invest in Dubai for Golden Visa. Your 'other source' of income sounds like vice and prostitution. Maybe so, but don't forget that if you are business minded, male or female, you're allowed to have other businesses and investments in other industries not limited to nor defined nor stereotyped by the vices of the Indian entertainment industry. Thus discussion is so limited and it just complains and whines like a child about why the richy rich of India finds Dubai a comfort home away from home. It is because closer to Asia and warmer climate than Switzerland thats far from Asia and cold which used to be a goto place for the super rich to wind down or hide without being clobbered by the wild raffian rioting public behaviors at the sight of their superstars and their families as well as nosey prying media. If you have set up base in the Emirates with visa perks, why can't they? Would wouldn't? Like you their main headquarters for business remains India, or wherever they come from!
