What's the difference? EDT vs. EST

Since the day I was set straight on EDT vs EST with the help of this video a year ago, I've been coming here every day since waiting for the next video. I've cancelled trips if they would involve more than a day without Internet access so as not to miss the next offering. Why no other vidoes? Did the content creator die? What's going on???!!!?!?!!

Daylight saving time is when we set clocks 1 hour forward from Standard Time in Spring
In Autumn
Clocks will be set 1 hour back to standard time
Permanent Daylight saving time also changes the country time zone
Like Turkey did not set clocks back 1 hour to Standard Time but it has changed it’s time zone in 2016

What do we do now that daylight savings time is no longer going to be happening?
