ОтветитьThanks but, I'm 60 years old and I lost 40 pounds in 5 months taking in 1,500 calories per day and transformed my diet into whole foods, bit by bit. I now have more energy and can enjoy my favorites now and again, without gaining weight. Take care 😊

Eating too much isn't the only reason why people put on weight, if you have gluten intolerance but you still eat food containing gluten then you will also put on weight.

ОтветитьI wish someone told me how to gain weight but people only make money off weight loss so nobodsy ever tells "hard gainers" like me how to gain weight.
Here's 1 month: started at 54,1kg. Went up to 55,8, dropped down to 54,3, gained back up to 55, and then last 2 weeks was only weight loss up to 0,8kg per day. I eat 4 times a day, 12-15g protein more then i weight (eat ~70g/day).
Happy fucking days. I wish people could make money off people gaining weight too so someone could explain to me how the fuck you gain weight.
Forgot to mention that i do 100 pushups a day, chest all the way down. pullups or chinup 3 sets and then finish off with a series of pushups from side to side, stay low to the ground and more.
Finish off with 100 (2 sets) situps and doing the plank ~3min.
NOTHING HELPS!!!!!!

I've never heard a vegan or vegan information source blame obesity on eating meat. Not once. And I'm a vegan. Just saying. Every vegan knows it's entirely possible to eat a vegan diet that is highly fattening. I think the vegan blaming obesity on meat is a myth.

Enni kell, és ezt az intervallum böjtöt felejtsétek már el!!! Egyetek rendesen, és növeljétek a fizikai aktivitást mindaddig míg nem kezdtek FORMÁSODNI! Ées ezen ahatáron egyensúlyozva haladni!
