ОтветитьA few years ago, I could do dips like nothing, and transition into a handstand to do pushups. After a few years and +20kg, I'm starting working out again. Let's just say I can't do handstand pushups anymore.

ОтветитьI kept changing my mind for years about getting parallettes like these for years. Saw this video a few months back and really liked the way you were using them for things like jumping lunges and deficit push ups etc. as well as the more traditional exercises. So I got some and I really wish I'd done that years ago. Great kit. Use them more than anything else I have, good for working full muscle range and the aging joints appreciated the benefits too. Good video. Thanks.
