Quality is the key word here. Toyota and Audi can make cars that have countless technologies, but they want to see you in 10 years for changing core parts not twice every year.

I wouldn't be caught dead in a Chinese car, their products are nothing more than shameless ripoff of other manufacturers products. They don't want to innovate but instead want to steal from others just to make a quick buck.

The Chinese car tech is very cool. But physical buttons are way better to use and the quality of the German engines would be superior to that of the Chinese car. Your paying for the engineering as well with a German car. Also looks alot nicer.

Buyers will also care about the image they are projecting when using a product. Chinese car makers need to put more effort into international branding. It’s not only about having products being technically as good or even superior to competitors..
