I know they did a remake--but the old audio and voice acting and (inaccurate) localization? I'm very attached to it.

In my head canon Delores is the grand daughter of Leila. Maybe even the same girl that D meets at the funeral. He always kept tabs on her because of his promise to Leila.

always bugged me that D and the Count's Daughter never developed more in the film because from a writing point of view and the similarities to their creation. them having the same life. you'd think D would of at least tried to stop her from killing herself. ain't gonna let that one slide. 80's waaaaay different than 90's and 2000's. some things however never change, and i'm glad I don't see as often as it used to be that useless love fling girl protagonist who's just there to be the damsel in distress. i don't like her character in the film.

They pulled a GunGrave same as Maria. Still both shows are awesome. Hope they make another movie or cgi film in the future. Maybe one might get a reboot?

Whoever posted this, you are awesome. Talk about nostalgia, I was twelve years old watching this in my basement a bunch of times with my best friends. My mom and I watched this around Thanksgiving, she had never seen it, and she really enjoyed it too! Thank you, and stay great.

Man so much that goes on when watching this, legit non stop action, every scene theres something going down and the nudity is pretty out there lol it's a good movie I'll give it that

This movie has the strangest start to any vampire movie in history. I mean seriously; if you were to ask me how I thought this movie started, it starting out with a "A lone girl with a machine gun riding on a horseback was hunting a dinosaur- which takes place in the future" would never come up in the conversation...

Nothing beats classic stiffly animated terribly dubbed sexually exploitative anime. 😂👌

I absolutely love the original Vampire Hunter D. Everything about it makes sense. I even understand why D had to leave. But….D woulda made a great step dad. The D and Doris ship is strong in this movie.

Shouldn't have killed off the horse.
