I started using castor oil on my ends about 8 months ago. My hair is growing longer quicker than ever before and looks so healthy and feels great. I work a bit of oil (about the size of a quarter) into the wet ends of my hair. I only do my hair twice a week. I use a oil heat protection for my hot iron and a leave-in conditioner.

I am putting this into motion now!! I will tap in with my results! Thank you sir ❤️
