ОтветитьFunny reading the comments. This is not a charger, its a voltage dependant switch. The pcb connects the 2 positive terminals together at a pre-determined set voltage and then dis-connects them when the upper level setting is reached. The 2 negative terminals are already connected together.

ОтветитьYour meter shows the battery voltage is 12.6V but the XH-M603 reads it as 12.2V i.e. the XH-M603 is inaccurate, 0.4V low. This would seem to be a big problem for something controlling lithium batteries. Even lead-acid would be damaged by 0.4V overcharging.

ОтветитьI'm curious about why you used the DC to DC step-up converter. Your Power Supply is set at 12v, right? Why can't we just plug the 12v directly into the Battery Charge Control Board and set the lower limit to 11v and upper limit to 12v? Are the 14v necessary? Why not just set your power supply to 14v from the beginning?
