POP INTO TOWN RETURN AND FIND AN EMPTY SPACE WHERE YOUR HOME, SOME FAIRY FINGERS TOWED IT OFF IS A MAJOR CONCERN HERE. Suppose YOU CAN REMOVE THE TRAILER TOUNG
ОтветитьWow, total high-end design. The trailer itself is tall enough and has lots of utility area under the floor. Maybe a scaled-down version without the water generation could be done more affordably. But, I do like it a lot.
ОтветитьVery small customer base , sooooo pricey ,
ОтветитьVery
ОтветитьIf only…
Ответить😂 She says the Rv industry hasn't changed much in 80 years. My Grandpa invented Cardinal trailers In the 50s and sold it in the late 60s. I can assure you the Rv industry has changed dramatically in 80 years.. This Rv seems problematic with all the slides, gears, motors, lighting, electronics. Maybe if Rvs stayed old school and less modern with analog controls, halogen bulbs,etc.... We would have less issues concerns and cost. No need to reinvent the wheel. Besides somebody could get hurt sitting under a moving bed with no stop to protect your neck. Over built and over budget❤
ОтветитьAwesome. I want to buy one.
ОтветитьWe’ll done, we love you’re channel, it’s inspiring!👍
ОтветитьI absolutely LOVE this tiny home on wheels! But I'm South African and this is pricey for Americans but totally unaffordable for us eith an exchange rate of 18.79 ZA Rand to the US $....about R5 million which to us is like $5 million to Americans. Its well planned and top quality and just wish I could afford - ideal for an elderly widow like me
Ответитьi have always wanted my house to be net zero, this inspired me alot
ОтветитьI am interested in the water extraction device. Were would someone be able to get that?
ОтветитьWOW!!! Love it!
ОтветитьWhat a team that couple is. So impressive. They hit the lottery when they first met.
ОтветитьVery cool design! But at the end.. the interiors and equipment are so unnatural that it is almost ugly.
Hoping that someday someone could add to things like this a bit of all the beauty, quality of life and health of a heavy and stucked-in-the-ground cob house for example.
The making water theory ends in the desert. Yes at 71% humidity it will make 5 gallons a day but at 20% humidity in the arrid environment it won't make 5 cups a day.
ОтветитьVery cool, good ideas, but definitely a luxury. These go for what a house would cost you most places. I'm sure in Califrornia it's a steal. But even in today's market, just about everywhere else, you'd more likely spend that on an actual house. Thus, a luxury item for the affluent, not an affordable living solution. But, good ideas still. I could see this as a blueprint for building out your own reclamated RV.
ОтветитьAbsolutely amazing vehicle, best in the world! I remember watching Matthew's video for his Airstream Renovation business a few years back and the innovation he puts into them. No wonder this vehicle is so incredibly advanced. But I have one question: How in the world can two mini split a/c's be running and only consume 581 watts while in a/c mode with the compressor running (that's what the energy monitor indicated)? Thanks for showing us the Tesla of RV's! I bet you'll be able to tow this with a cybertruck while your expansive solar array recharges your cybertruck, allowing you to drive almost infinitely.
ОтветитьMy brother and his partner sailed from Louisville, Ky to Guatemala. They have been there for yrs. They love it
Ответитьwhy not use trailers with V nose? Wouldn't it be easier to pull? I know that it will take away space yet easier.
ОтветитьThe RV industry hasn't changed much in 80 years? WTF are you talking about???
ОтветитьThis is amazing, but I'd want something much simpler. Way too much stuff to break.
ОтветитьGreat, not impossible to make it work with two or three young kids too. Over time such technology will lower in cost.
Ответитьthe quality and materials chosen are top rated. i can say it can survive more than hundrad years easily, if taken care of. better than any concrete structure now a days.
Ответитьwhy ppl r so creative & I am so dumb 😢
ОтветитьThe cheapest model is 300k.
Rich toys for rich people. . .
I assume yu have security features that you do not display.
ОтветитьWhy are you using a gimball if you’re not gonna make your shots are smooth. There’s so much shake when going closer.
Ответитьthese are great but I still do not like the cargo trailer look
Ответить4 season, but not 365 days a year living in most states. Technically, winter camping can be the second week in March, so one could misleadingly say you could ‘camp’ in this thing in Minnesota in winter… Unfortunately, in the US, -4 F is not that cold😢 Guess this trailer is like seeing an architect/designer showcase house: insanely priced, but shows the upper limits of what can be done… I’m not part of the van lifestyle so will leave those who are to comment on that part of the video…
ОтветитьPros: Great job and presentation ! Looks like top notch durable build quality, which is what the RV industry is notorius for not having. It's always been quantity over quality, but to the RV industry's defence most stuff is easy to repair, when it breaks down, and it will because of the poor quality. Catch 22 ??
Cons: It's a $400K travel trailer ! All those systems are lovely when they work and when they don't, not so lovely as the unit could be rendered useless upon failure. Wooden wall in shower niche is a bad choice of material and it's gonna be mucky and hard to clean. Roof mounted fans, skylights etc. don't work well with a layer of solar panels over it so you have to move top layer panels out of the way and the weather might not permit that with high winds etc. Could imaging that a thick layer of a good snowpack on roof top could be hard to clean of and ruin your day. Watermaker is overkill, requires power and maintenance and you have to get supplies like food etc. anyway so getting a couple of gallons for drinking and topping of your city water tank would be a breeze compaired to the water apparatus.
Maybe build the same in a 4x4 Class C package with high clearence like Overland a.o. for greater offroad/boondocking capabilities. Price is important, you should mention it in your sales videos. It's a little suspect when you don't. Keep up the good work !
While this is a fantastic design for those wanting to live small and be ecofriendly the $700,000 price tag puts it out of reach for the 99% of American Citizens.
ОтветитьVery impressive engineering. With all that technology, it would be interesting to see the embodied carbon associated with your build.
ОтветитьThis is amazing, do they use an EV to pull it?
ОтветитьSo how do you pay for all that
Ответитьwater from the air? You guys have the best ideas of what our planet could be like.
ОтветитьHe's not building RV's He's building Space Ships lol
ОтветитьIt's the price of a house....that's it. That's the zero sum.
ОтветитьNet zero ? Are we ignoring the lithium battery issue on purpose 😢 lets not lie to ourselves here .
ОтветитьOh, wow, not just your average THOW.
ОтветитьWhat is the name of this company?
ОтветитьIs a Faraday cage recommended over the basement/batteries? Many emf professionals don't advise Tesla's for that reason.
ОтветитьNice
Ответитьonly $300,000.00 what a deal! or you could buy a nice 2,000 SF house :D
ОтветитьCan we retrofit our 5 th wheel trailer ? The one that I have was built in 1989 .
ОтветитьNever. Has to. Mow. The. Grass. AWSOME. !!! LOL.
ОтветитьThis water producing system is fantastic. It's so great. I would like to know how often would you have the home maintenanced. It's stunning. I would love one.
ОтветитьTo expensive.. better buy a land and build tiny home would be cheaper and safer and greener coz you can plant all the veggies you can eat..
ОтветитьIt's weird but when I hear stories of ET's visiting earth and telepathically communicating to humans that we are destroying the planet I assume it in part means we should all be living somewhat more like this based off how older civilizations operated, harnessing power from natural resources like the sun as earth was designed, instead we got hooked on nuclear and gas extraction ect ect slowly destabilizing the planet
