The Juvia’s place liquid blushes are lovely. I’m pretty fair too and ordered Blush Lily Glow (purple undertoned pink) without knowing what I was getting into. It’s bold but turned out like a gorgeous flush when diffused with a damp sponge or a dry soft brush. Stays on all day too!

My cousin's wife has celiac disease and I notice so much gluten free stuff now. Also, I'm lactose intolerant, but I am not as bad off as some. I can still eat dairy, except for milk or half and half. I need lactose free for those. Walmart carries different types of flours, like almond. I made pignella cookies with it before.

You should get two single little clip ins just to pop into your bangs so they can blend into the rest of your hair!

My older brother has chronic, unexplained anemia and protein deficiency , and after a series of tests his doctor said it's likely due to a gluten intolerance affecting how his body absorbs both nutrients... Unfortunately, he's addicted to pizzas, so he's continued to eat gluten, but just takes huge doses of iron and protein to compensate. Ugh.

I had them several years ago, but mostly to recover from a very bad face framing hair cut 🫣 i love them!!! I'm so happy to hear there's progress in your health journey. It's good information to know and learn! Ive been sick seems everyone has been. Most certain i got it from everyone at work coughing up lungs. Been gluten free for 20 years now. It was hard in the beginning. Baking is still a struggle for me. I used fig app. You just put in whstvu can't have and scan the bar code and it will show u if it's safe

Most gluten free blogs will mention vegan alternatives, take a look at Iowa Girl Eats, as well as Cookie and Kate. If you have a Natural Grocers nearby, they have a good selection of readymade gluten free and vegan foods. I have been meaning to try making 3 ingredient cauliflower tortillas but I usually end up eating the cauliflower.

The enrichment in flour hurts my stomach. I have to buy imported food. I’m actually allergic to most grains. Women are studied less in medical research. That makes getting diagnosed take forever.
