This is great, i fight with the peek-a-boo style, since im way too short, and i have a weak left hand, this is a perfect way for me to develop my left hands power and strength 🙏🏿

Right now I am trying to condition myself to throw more powerful hook punches. If I'm training for power hitting as hard as I can, is it better for me to do this every day or should maybe do it every other day to allow recovery time? I just want to know what's the best methodology.
