Or make sure not to eat the apple seed by accident... during apple eating.

A healthy gut microbiome will have bacteria that break down phytic acid, unlocking those minerals, so it's untrue that foods high in phytic acid aren't necessarily good sources of minerals.

sow hats the balance for long term health when it comes to eating fish or beef or chicken, and then taking phytic acid, i have high iron and its very scary. I was recently diagnosed with diabtese, most likley type 2, which like you said could be cause by my high iron. im very stressed about this and im so stupid...i only make minimum wage. my doc says there are no signs of cirrhosis or fibrosis in my liver yet but that high iron could lead to that and the more i read on google the more scared i get as i have heard people in their 30s can die from hemochromatosis because of their heart and my cholesterol is high. I dont know where to go for help. I cant even type straight cause im so stressed. If i take phytic acid, and it takes away calcium and magneisum and potassium and all these things, wont that make me sick too? Im doing the one meal a day fast, but im afriad of doing the prolonged fast cause i dont know if my heart is healthy enough for it.

Like keto diet which stress our bodies, Phytic acid will stress the body. Our bodies will adapt. Through adoption certain gene will be expressed and as a result our bodies become more resilient having to change. So mixing up what we eat, when we eat and how much we eat will extend your life. Variety is the spice of life. So today I have a lot of meat, tomorrow a lot vegetables, than a lot of carbs keeps the body guessing on what will happen next making it ready for all scenarios.

All this fuss just because some studies concluded that phytic acid MAY decrease the absorption of certain minerals. But they used phytic acid in HUGE amounts and the major food sources that interacted with it were plant-based.
Iron, Zinc and other minerals from animals sources have a negligible impact in their absorption.
People panic very easily!

I recently stopped eating nuts. I think eating too much nuts (cashews and peanuts) created the perfect environment for viral infections in my body.
I believe eating nuts caused my Bell's Palsy ! ! !

Eating nuts will block lysine and raise arginine level. Lysine fights viral infections and arginine feeds viral infections.

Just watched a video about how bad veggies are and one of the reason was the phytic acid, that it inhibits the absorption of minerals.
But it seemed unilateral and no source. So of course I look up Dr. Berg and see this video and seeing a bigger picture now.
Dr. Berg, not only saving our bodies, but also our minds from the digital world that hyperbolizes content to get reactions.

It IS antinutrient IF you are a broiler, or a laying hen or pig. If you are human it is not so clear cut.

But no, human body does not naturally produce phytase.
