Why is call and text to other device not a feature in my galaxy note 20ultra 5g?

I see you keep pressing the power button to lock the screen but you can double tap the screen and it also locks it. save the life of the button. :P

one thing I have strived to find out when I start my grocery list on the black screen and put my s pen back how do I get that same list back to add to it I have to drive to find out for a year and without luck
