The inner city part of rochester is complete trash. The community doesn't clean their neighborhoods,they don't care about the way their property or homes look so long as they have the most top of the line gear on ,and their weed fix. The crack heads just don't care about anything. The parents in the hood don't treat their children like children,but rather as pets. Sheet pets even get more love than the kids do,and that's why the city of rochester is complete trash.

I used to volunteer at an afterschool program at a community center on avenue D. Was about six years ago and I was in my teens. I remember one day we left around 5 o’clock And heard from a cop friend about a couple hours afterwards right across the street from where we were there was a shooting.

I lived in Memphis and Nashville ,TN it's no better than Rochester,NY but a bigger city. About 20 killing a day in Memphis.drugs,shoot outs Every city have its hood trust and believe me. You can't control people on how they live and act and run the city down.just control how you deal with it.move to a better neighborhood.

The neighborhoods in Rochester are tough but if you mind your own business it's not that tough do you mind your business with these other people alone and you can make it I live in Rochester most of my life I moved through the getting married but I lived on Clifford Avenue and I seen bad times it all depends on how you carry yourself hanging with the right people and do the right thing and you won't have no troubles
