ОтветитьMy grandfather bought a "PreFab" farmhouse in 1911 from a Montgomery Wards catalog for his farm in North Dakota. It lasted to 1984 before it was sold and demolished. PreFab homes arent new. Sears, JCPenny, Macy's and Montgomery Wards all sold Prefab homes via their catalogs. My mom said that it took all of two days to put the home together. You could hire a crew to do it for a small fee or do it yourself. I think he hired a crew to do it.
ОтветитьFirst fab company to find a bank to partner with…………. both them & the bank will make a killing.
ОтветитьHater..😮
ОтветитьHe is telling people to check Instagram? Millennial got duped by a crook and now has an axe to grind against an industry. Zero credibility here.
ОтветитьUnfortunately there was not enough information given on homes that can be ordered and delivered and built. They are around but you showed your ignorance by not doing enough research
ОтветитьIs this a podcast? Dont see much visual support for statements. Kind of whining at the end.
ОтветитьGood solid info and true. Thanks
ОтветитьI think most Americans would agree that most spec homes in the USA are built poorly with the illusion of being built better.
Most homes in the USA are copy and pasted poorly built boring homes.
🥱😵😴 Nothing burger here… just a lot of complaining🤦🏼♀️
ОтветитьStick built is vastly cheaper.
ОтветитьHey @Robuilt love the video
Absolutely agre 100%
I'm goint to make an spanish version for my spanish speaking audience,
People need to know these things about prefabs
Terrible attempts of comedy.
ОтветитьDude, I like your content but Jesus Christo, could you please use a lavaliere mic??? This really sounds horrible. thanks.

"They're not all that there cracked up to be"
That's a matter of opinion and who's talking.
Give me money I hate prefab homes...
ОтветитьSimilar to the take in this video: this one video is not good and does not seem well researched. All their videos must be bad.
ОтветитьSo U gonna put sh....on every company??? cuz u were stupid and use scam builders ? lol
ОтветитьAmerican prefab is garbage compared to what they're making in Europe. It all depends who's building it.
ОтветитьThat's because COVER BUILD is the number ONE and ONLY that Works
Ответитьwow...such awesome video editing. Love it.
ОтветитьDeltec homes- I’ve been doing my research-living in the pan handle where hurricanes are a sure thing every year just makes sense, they’ve been in business since 1968
ОтветитьResearch is inaccurate
ОтветитьI am always tickled by the fact that so many people think that this concept of prefab homes is so new, and awesome and exciting. But people forget that during the latter part of the nineteenth Century going into the early 20th century Sears Roebuck and Company had been already doing prefab houses. As a matter of fact you used to be able to purchase your home out of a catalog and Sears Roebuck and Company would send you all of the lumber Nails screws joiners and anything else you needed to put their kit style home together. So none of this is truly a New Concept it's just been repackaged cleverly in a different way.
ОтветитьMate wake-up There must be 100s of kit home fabrication home companies you can't judge all The same I know in Australia champ the fabrication kit homes for Australia and international are 100% A one quality and not cheap if your buying from china your going to be disappointed ie you get what you pay for you pay $500 kit home I get $500 worth of home U pay $30-80 grand U get 30-80k worth of home
ОтветитьWhy Is your hair off center it doesn’t look good!!! 🔥 your barber
Ответитьeven if a 250m² prefab is unexpensive, i guess you will pay massive yearly taxes as owner of a giant home.
ОтветитьI wouldn't buy "Made in America" any day of the week. All the good manufacturing is outside of USA they just pay slave labor in order to boost their company profit - of which they don't declare in USA but pay another company in another country, yet again, to funnel the proceeds and screw the little guy. Congratulations on being American!
Ответитьbla bla bla... get to the point
Ответитьless error no delays from whether conditions or risk of material destruction during build no communicating with builders
ОтветитьUR MIC SUCKS
ОтветитьI want to create a treehouse experience on an island but need somebody to invest part of the cash($25,000 - $30,000). This has been a life long dream. Any suggestions (not family) to find funding for a creative project?

ОтветитьPitbull attorney
ОтветитьJust now in 2023 came across your video. Very fascinating info.....lots of stuff I just never, knew.
Another consideration not mentioned is the fact that modular / prefab homes (in some Jurisdictions) are not even considered homes. In instances, like that they won't even consider them a home, by definition in the traditional sense and will therefore either a) forbid placement of a pre-fab structure on any property, or b) if one is found to be erected the homeowner could be forced to either remove or dismantle.
500k for basically 4 walls and a roof? Lol.
Ответить“I hate this model, I will not buy these EVER - btw, buy these ones, these are the ones I shake hands with, buy these ones!”
ОтветитьYeah, the Rush Hour reference is an instant follow from me.
ОтветитьMan there is a saying in my culture mas vale tarde que nunca roughly better lata that never..... this I found you bro 😎......
ОтветитьYou are crazy annoying.
ОтветитьI should judge a company by the number of Instagram followers?! That’s some of the most Gen-Z nonsense I’ve ever heard.
