ОтветитьThank you for the explanation. I am currently studying clinical pathology in medical school, and your videos have been helping me a lot in understanding and memorizing (also during biochem previous block when we studied about hematology)! 😊
ОтветитьHi Medicosis Perfectionalis: Your videos are great; I'm trying to watch ALL of them. You have answered many long-standing questions that no one else ever explained, and it is quite a relief.
However, there is one thing in your PLT videos that keeps bugging me. You say that a defect in primary hemostasis makes patient subject to severe intracranial bleeding, but NOT subject to cranial bleeds. Excuse my ignorance, what is the difference between an intra-cranial bleed and a cranial bleed?
Have thrombasthenia treatment of Glanz man is said to be turkey. I can't speak and understand English so I don't understand the video. I am writing with google translation, please reply
ОтветитьGp1b helps adhesion with vWF this is known for sure
but just for clarification about Not influence by adp
is that adp promote activation of Gp2b/3a and has nothing to do with activating/expression more Gp1b
and this can be seen on adp collagen adrenaline test as platelets will aggregate but don’t respond to risto! this is bs syndrome .
Your way of teaching is just freaking awesome... Love this video.. !!
