You say that a defect in primary hemostasis makes patient subject to severe intracranial bleeding, but NOT subject to cranial bleeds. Excuse my ignorance, what is the difference between an intra-cranial bleed and a cranial bleed?

but just for clarification about Not influence by adp
is that adp promote activation of Gp2b/3a and has nothing to do with activating/expression more Gp1b
and this can be seen on adp collagen adrenaline test as platelets will aggregate but don’t respond to risto! this is bs syndrome .
