Why has the ion become positive if the atom has more protons then electrons shouldn't it be negative because the number of protons and electrons are supposed to be the same?

isn't the atomic number supposed to be at the top? The number 3 is supposed to be at the top and 7 at the bottom?

wait, for lithium-6, how is it an isotope? the nukleon number is 6, with the proton number 3. doesn't that mean both nutreon and proton numbers are 3? which is the same? am i missing sth pls help
