Flash Player Uninstall Message - What to do!

I want to keep Flash but eliminate the messaging. I am getting 4 messages a day - ANNOYING. Was hoping you would address that option.

ATTENTION FLASH USERS: NO NEED TO WATCH - This is an extremely rudimentary video only for low-end PC users who get alarmed with every message they don't understand. This is NOT a video that will help dedicated Flash users to get rid of Adobe's annoying uninstall message while you continue using Flash with the current gaming platforms that still use it, which is what I suspect most of you came here for. Unfortunately, this video's current title, "Flash Player Uninstall Message - What to do!" and also its description, "This video shows you what to do if you get the message Adobe will stop supporting flash player, Adobe Flash player must be uninstalled Message" both do absolutely nothing to distinguish this, at all.

this dumb message pops up every now and then when i turn on my computer telling me to update flash player and i CANT because flash player is dead so im stuck with this stupid message sometimes showing up on startup and i have no idea how to make it stop asking me
