I felt my abs working through the first half of this video, but when I went to go do the exercises the second round I didn’t feel anything Is there a way to make sure I feel it throughout the whole entire video?

ОтветитьI like the simple classic exercises focussed solely on the core. Sometimes I eel the plank poses with lots of leg moves don't isolate exercising my abs the way I'd like to. I like your plain spoken easy directions!

ОтветитьI've been doing this workout daily for the past 6 months but now the phrase "Russian twists" is like a dagger to my ears! I wish you'd do a different version that replaces the phrase until things cool down!
