My brother want to apply he had ESOL ENTRY LEVEL 3 SPEAKING AND LISTENING CERTIFICATE FROM 2014.
Is this acceptable for PCO PRIVATE HIRE ? Please reply

If it wasn't for your training there was no way I would have passed.

Despite I passed my topographical test, a few months ago, I m still waiting for my licence.
I ve got an email a few days ago saying all the checks are currently in the process through the Home Office as per procedure.

Now the pandemic is over, despite this TFL office number still has the answering machine saying they are closed.

Does anyone know how long this could possibly take?

Be prepared for a long process between applying and getting your licence............I applied back in Nov 2020 and I know we are in middle of pandemic, but despite passing everything and having no issues at all, I have only just got my licence through this week (over a year)
