My disc just popped yesterday whilst shopping horrendous pain just took ibuprofen and paracetamol gentle exercise and rest even hurts breathing too xx

I figured out a quick fix for sciatica pain, is to kick out MODERATELY HARD, the leg on which pain is, like you are kicking the air. GONE
