I have fallen in love with RDL after a hamstring injury. I has helped me immensely!
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьAlso, Romanian Deadlifts start at the top of the movement. Deadlifts start from the floor.
Ответитьsong ?
ОтветитьYou make this look so easy. I am having a party trying to connect with my muscles’s group. ❤
ОтветитьWhat’s an alternative for someone with a low back injury ???
Ответитьperfect form
ОтветитьPerfect demo👌
ОтветитьDid rdl's yesterday to the max and i honestly felt like my hips got fresh air the feeling from there was OPEN...🔓 The very first time i felt that😂it was the weirdest thing ever, i loved that "sensation"😅
Ответить💪
ОтветитьDo it because u Love ur$elf and not the attention
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьAlways make sure to keep the shoulders back.
ОтветитьOkay this is perfect!!! Instantly subbed.
ОтветитьWhats name of song pls ?
ОтветитьI am surely grateful to you for explaining thank you
ОтветитьСупер!!!!!!!!
ОтветитьDEADLIFT! 💪💪💪💪
ОтветитьI can not get it right for the life of me ! So disappointing ... all it does is hurt my back I think lol
Ответить??? the RDL is literally the deadlift with only the top ROM. literally calling a stiff legged deadlift a romanian. why do u think its called "stiff legged" deadlift.
dislike and never recommend
Maintaining wellness is crucial in order to enhance productivity in the workplace.
ОтветитьI watched 4 shorts and this one was the most helpful and easy to understand. Thank you 👍
ОтветитьI don't know what im doing wrong 😢 I'm trying to do the rdls with dumbbells and a straight bar and i can't seem to feel any stretch in my glutes or hamstrings. Im retracing my lats as well and can still reach the floor and still no stretch, i do feel alot of tightness on my lower back, i hinge my hips far back and slight bent at the knees and nothing. Any ideas or advice? Thank you in advance
Ответитьgood thank you
ОтветитьI try my best, but whatever comes out, thats it.
ОтветитьThank you very much
ОтветитьBaddie🔥🔥❤xxx
ОтветитьI keep feeling it in my lower back, my form is supposedly good but if it was to be good then why my lower back feels it 😢
ОтветитьSquat, bend and snap VS. bend and snap... I think I got it
ОтветитьThank you. I needed this. Does anyone know this song? Thank you .
ОтветитьKeep your feet shoulder width apart, pointed outwards and poke your butt out, keep your back straight with your knees slightly bent. I deadlift 280 lbs on the bar like this. Getting stronger!
ОтветитьThank you for sharing. So many people get this wrong.
ОтветитьOh my god this helped me see the difference so clearly. The other day I was thinking “Romanian..dead lift..” and “dead lift” ..they’re like the same. But this helped me a lot to see the difference thank you!
ОтветитьHit chest
ОтветитьI've been doing deadlifts this whole time. Omg. Rdl? Who? I just started so I'm trying. I'm trying. 😮💨😮💨
Will use this as reference!
Which one is better to do ?
Ответитьalso remember there’s two types of RDLS: stiff leg and regular, one targets mkre hamstrings and the other targets more glutes!
ОтветитьDeadlifts= Think shaving your shins. You will never forget form hehe
ОтветитьThis was awesome! First time getting clarity on the difference in a way I could understand. In my head, a quick cue seems like the RDL = "V shape" with the body since youre bending at the hips, and the DL = broken V because the knees move, so I remember the difference quickly.
ОтветитьHow many lbs should be on the weight?
ОтветитьThank you because I was soo confused
ОтветитьThank you for pointing this out! I never knew how to do deadlifts right. I didn’t realize we had to bend our knees that much. I appreciate the tips!😊
ОтветитьSo wich one is right or wrong ?
ОтветитьRDL means?
ОтветитьIt is definitely big big difference ❤
ОтветитьThis was great!! Hinging at the knees was what I wasn’t doing.
ОтветитьMay I , song please?
ОтветитьBut they say bending in the knees a little more for rdl helps target glutes
ОтветитьThank you!!!!! Watched so many and this is the one that helped my form!
ОтветитьThis is great! Thanks!
