Long story short it’s because it’s an Android

I've had a couple completely different LG phones where the only way to fix this is to reset all network settings and then restart the phone

For second i was thinkin they said "fix google messages". Now fix tex messages? Nope that's bs.

crazy part here is that i can make calls and text buyt I cannot receive and text or calls

The cache one worked for me my messages would not send at all ....
Cleared my cache and it's fine now
