Great review! I wonder if it holds up meats marinated in something with sugar and soy sauce? Those are the usual suspects when it comes to sticking to the pans and they're so hard to clean haha I'm Asian and we do have some dishes with those types of marinade 😊 Thanks for your review. I would like to know, Do you have a video how to season this carote pans. I have these newly buy. And how do you keep these long lasting. These are kind of sensitive pans and should be well taken care of. Please let me know.

Has a downside. Carote has ruined my glass cooktop! I've used three pieces of it on my cooktop. The scratches are horrible! My cooktop will have to be replaced before I can sell my home!

Handles will crack and leak.

I just bought these pans and they are great, except... The handles on the pots get hot. I'm hoping that there's a silicone solution for this.
