The cover art is top class mean ahem goes to face Loli God Sama :)
Leave it to Rev to know the details the normies never catch haha
Twitter incarnate indeed
Pro-loli is not the most accurate statement about that song...
Ответитьwhat makes this song so good (at least to me) is not because there's a cute voice singing it, but the lyrics calling out all the freaks on the internet. 😂
ОтветитьAlmost 20 million views now wtf shouldve gatekept harder now all these tourists are gonna cause cancer again
ОтветитьHonestly I already knew the intended meaning of this song but I'm gonna apply Death of the Author and give it the Yankee Doodle treatment. I like it more that way. Yes Lolis are fiction and not real, but Lolicons are still pretty cringe
ОтветитьScrew what other people think, i love the song and music video lol.
ОтветитьThe cope is strong with this one, seek help
ОтветитьI saw the thumbnail for this video, and watched the English version of the song and thought “bruh, this song is either anti loli or the english version is completely opposite of the actual one.” Now I see.
ОтветитьI don't care, song absolutely slaps and the animation is super cute.
ОтветитьWesterners sure are obsessed with lolis. In Japan they're just having light-hearted fun with the concept because it's FICTIONAL, but in the West, it's serious, ALL the time. If a Westerner sees a character that looks underaged, it's straight to serious talks about sex.
ОтветитьIs this ACTUAL Ui singing? Doesn't seem like her. Kinda ironic though, considering everyone calls her "mama."
ОтветитьDude in the video (the TikToker, for clarification) did 5 mins of googling and calling himself an expert.
ОтветитьWhat the fuck is a lolicon?
ОтветитьI am, Ui herself is 🤣
ОтветитьIt's so cute
ОтветитьFree @achivebysteve
ОтветитьThey just don't know until they find the english subbed version
Edit: Actually they just don't know at all
so if you use that blokes logic then every time he says anime he is really talking about henti🤣
Ответитьand the vtuber is anti loli too 😭😭
okay like ui mainly does that for shits and giggles but the punishment game consequence has gotten so far it’s funny
LMFAO
ОтветитьI found this song today and man.... It is stucking in my head......may be like a few weeks lol. (This is another "We R Japanese Goblin" for me) 😄
ОтветитьFeel free to justify it however you’d like, wanting to sexualized or have sex with a child character is really fucking weird
ОтветитьRev, you had the opportunity to play the Gura clip and you didn't... My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.
Ответитьat first i thought it was the opposite, i didnt know the lyrics but with her holding the alarm and the beam part, i thought it was anti lolicon. animation is clean tho and the song sounds decent, but i think i misunderstood it
i hate trends so much XD
lmao
ОтветитьThey didn't know...🤣
ОтветитьAm I the only one who literally hates it when people say “ it’s just fiction!” or “ turn your brain off”, it’s a literally just another way of excusing all the problematic stuff in said media. I can’t be around these types of people or audience, y’all got me all the way fucked up😵💫‼️‼️
ОтветитьRemember guys yes loli no touch
ОтветитьShe's just making a original song that the theme is about loli why the heck is everyone attacking ui mama?
ОтветитьThx for this video! I’m a totally anime-illiterate westerner that happened to stumble n this song just because I like VOCALOD. I had no idea what it was about, and this video gave context. Lmao I genuinely thought it was anti-lolicon because of lines about the police. Then again I like skimmed the lyrics for 5 seconds so i dont know anything. Now I know the purpose, and I hope I never stumble on another loli again.
ОтветитьI personally am not a fan of the song because the sexaulization of children is strange but if you are a loli con to each thier own
ОтветитьDamn tourists... And yes, I wish to see Gura sing it, i'll set it as my ringtone dammit!
ОтветитьI thought its "Don't fuck kids" song XD
ОтветитьBeen bothering for days now and I need to state this: this video isn't it Rev. Not only did you come off sounding like a elitist anime fan (which I didn't even know was a thing, nor remotely possible) by calling this guy a 'tourist anime fan' but you did a poor job explaining - what - made this such a weird event in the western side of the anime community.
I'm 33, have loved anime since I was 9, and I legitimately didn't understand the issues brought up nor any of the arguments because, and get this, not all of us have a interest in knowing the different types of lolicon ESPECIALLY if we don't go for that type of content.
Took one of Ui's Fans who spoke English well enough to explain the lyrics are genuinely THAT type of loli and also that this was a meme music video for HER fans between her COMMUNITY and herself.
I wish I could go back to living in ignorance about this subculture but it's harmless to me since, as Ui said, it's fiction. Not my cup of tea but the song is a bop and knowing it was made for a specific community, all good in my book. Just weirds me out seeing people using this song/dance with child characters from Genshin but you know what—I just keep scrolling cause I have bigger issues in my life to deal with than the weirdos in the community as a whole.
Either way—this video is a massive L.
Anti Loli Loli Club 😂😂
ОтветитьThe internet: fights ferociously over the meaning of the song
My mind when cute girl dances: Haha, dopamine goes BRRRRRR!
Didn't even have to look at his likes 😂 The australian dude just like loli content
ОтветитьHe doesn't know shit about the creator and puts lolicon's (lolicon his BTW) in his tiktok. His points are invalid. XD cope harder mobs.
Ответить"she's actually anti-loli and it's all an elaborate psyop"
damn, that's some schizo mental gymnastics
I've heard some more "smart" take on that as "This song is ABOUT sex crime"
Funny that they have to use such carefully crafted sentence with selective words. Gonna preach themselves as totally-not-sex-criminal I guess?
Nobody tell them shit, this gets exponentially funny every time a normie gets into it
ОтветитьIf you keep going west, it’s just east again :)
Ответитьit’s so funny seeing them seething when they finally know the truth😂, they even said “the song is tainted” now, they are just in denial to admit that they liked the song
ОтветитьBruh idc what anybody thinks to be honest. If I had stayed ignorant of the meaning I'd still be listening to the song because it just sounds good to me(Isn't that what music is all about?). It definitely helps that I don't speak Japanese tho, that way the lyrics don't affect me as much. From now on I'll just refrain from looking up the lyrics for Japanese songs that I listen to.💀
ОтветитьWait, it's a PRO-loli song?! Then why do the lyrics talk about lolicons being disgusting and the video shows Ui threatening to pull her r*pe alarm?! Sarcasm doesn't really exist in Japanese!
ОтветитьThey made what?
What the fuck?
But Lolis are adorable uwu.
ОтветитьI really like that you mention the fact that if something is catchy or cute enough, people will ignore its actual content. It reminds me of when the song "jumped up kicks" was insanely popular and on everyone's playlist even though the song is kind of glorifying school shootings?? But hey, it was Hella catchy, so nobody gave a damn. Point proven. I know the artist said it was intended to spread awareness of the growing trend of shootings, but it didn't do a very good job considering that most people I've talked to didn't know what the song was about until I showed em the lyrics. It also sure as hell didn't stop him from capitalizing on the song's popularity, but that's different point entirely. Lol
Ответить"loli is a body type exclusive to fictional characters"
Rav never seen a short woman.
I watched that song with no lyrics beside the ones that are part of the video, and my japanese isn't really all that good, but I did catch up on the slightly more than moderate teasing.
I was kind of horrified at the english translation, till I've seen that the one Rev used makes it a LOT more modest meaning that the translation I read which was one of the top selections is deliberately more harsh, using direct language(which the actual lyrics don't use due to how japanese works as a language), and a more vulgar and impolite choice of words.
some people are horrible. some translators are Crunchyroll employees.
