Theres a big problem on the delete. Once you delete a row the offset formula from
The name manager changes for example from 10 to 9. Though i figured out the solution. You can hard code a formula using Indirect function. For example offset formula from name manager contains sheet1!A1:A10 . You can use Indirect(the cell of sheet1!A1:A10) and your A10 will never change to 9 once you delete something

What if i copy or use specific columns? The problem is the codes you used mostly from left to right. What if i need to skip column C ? Should i write code A-B then copy the code and write from D-E? If theres also no data in first category the data will not be highlighted on selection…

First of all, I really want to thank you for sharing all your knowledge with us. No matter what I do or what I search for my personal training in Excel, I always get to your tutorials. That's an amazing marketing strategy and work you're doing around... but the turnaround question for myself is:

Do your templates work on all previous versions of Excel? I mean, right now I'm steering away from Excel and doing everything in Google Sheets because I prefer to avoid compatibility issues for different Excel versions.

As I don't have a different environment to test my Excel for different versions of Excel, I prefer to stay secure under Google Sheets.

So, hoping I'm not asking too much or not being rude, can you please teach us a way to easily find under what versions of Excel your code/formula/function is working?

Great tutorial. With no VBA experience (but some coding knowledge) I was able to slowly follow along and replicate this app into a similar one that will be more useful for my own purposes. I am wondering what would I do with the Transactions sheet and columns A&B in the Financial Tracker sheet if someone else would be using the spreadsheet and you don't want to confuse them with unnecessary information? I feel like that part is missing from this video.

Please my question is on the worksheet design as when i input the formula and tab out and shift+ tab is doesn't dance around the trans. ID instead it show on row U4. Please can i get the exact formula used. Thank you

when you watch people who teach how to code a web template HTML and CSS, they make it very easy.

One flaw with the monthly income / expense gaph. If you delete any transaction between transaction ID 3 and 14, it will delete the data in columns Q to T it rendering the graph unusable? Pehaps best the graph data is on another sheet?
