How to Update PowerEdge Firmware Using iDRAC 9

How can you do an upgrade if you have Linux installed in the server?

I have a Dell R710. How do I update the firmware? I think I downloaded the right file

Where is the remote firmware upgrade? I see only standard firmware upgrade. Do you know the difference between normal and remote firmware upgrade?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to see exactly which file with which file extension you have to download and then upload again in the iDRAC.
Why is the iDRAC not able to search for the appropriate firmware on its own? Any small smarthome device can do that nowadays.

This is so much easier than doing it through the lifecycle controller.
