I'm picking my bolt up on Sunday. I'm getting everything done to it. Ivan's ECU flash, Comando II tires, all bearings changed, Vance and hines exhaust & breather kit, Hagon shocks from the uk, Memphis 13-inch smoked faring, zr1 predators III diamond stitch 2up seat. forward controls, Yamaha brass tip hand grips. 8-inch ape hangers. The bike is going to look amazing. Can't wait to join the bolt community and start making videos.

I would say you removed a superior shock for an inferior. Shocks that have an external reservoir are definitely better at doing there job than a single coil shock unit. Email any suspension company (eibach, tein, h&r, etc…) and ask if shocks with external reservoirs are superior or not than the standard single pistol multiport. But some people like aesthetics over function. Which is fine so long as your not going fast in corners and such. Which you shouldn’t be anyway.

How is the ride (comfort wise)
I have the R spec and have to have the rears adjusted all the way to the 5th position in order to have a stiff enough ride on Michigan pot hole roads.
Did you notice a better ride with these new shocks?

How does the new suspension work? Do you have more space before the Midcontrols come to the ground ?
