Idk why but veigar vex feels so hard like from my experience veigar cant do shit if his not 3 star like 2 star veigar despite being full items and mage 5 still feels so weak

And for some reason my luck on 3 cost rerolls is so bad as i can never get veigar at 3 despite blowing off all my gold while being uncontested
