Same with me after video cv they send me you are not selected and after some days they call me for introduction call after that they send me a mail you are not selected I think this is fake job are going on in every company each and every company they call for interview take the interview and don't revert back. Don't know what is going on in India job hy bi ya nahi sab log C Bana rahay hy

I got rejected just after submitting the application form. I did not even proceed to the next stage , i.e , introductory call. But the JD says experience in insurance not mandatory whereas my graduation is in political science. But my mistake was i send the video CV without sound. Is it due to that ?

So, ma'am as I can understand, you are preparing for government jobs, right? I have a question here - have you reached the last round of these jobs, the interview round, and failed to clear that, and sat and written reviews about "how they were from South, you from North and thus they didn't select you?" or maybe how "they had limited seats (nobody has unlimited seats) and shouldn't have taken your job entrance fees since they had 'less' vacancies?" Also, there is a small piece of advice for you - if you are so hell-bent that the company is putting out fake vacancies, is a startup, is doing marketing gimmicks, and so on and so forth maybe don't sound so disappointed that "they have a cooling off period of 9 months." All the best for your future endeavours.

so true it happened with me too .. after having 3 successfull rounds and wasting my time they rejected me in final round without reason

I reached till HR round, but i know the reason for not being selected.

You expect a MNC to select you, even when you are confused in a simple Insuarance calculation. Be mature and handle the rejection.
Move on and look for new opportunity.

I had this same situation..but i havent selected for task 1..but i think my introductory was quite good..but i dont know what went wrong..and i had also received this same mail..after my intoductory round..😢
