ОтветитьWhat size shoe are you pls
ОтветитьMy ex gf always wears shoes and even work boots bare foot I never got it then she would change in to sandals and flip flops in summer after work and her feet would stink
Ответитьthis shoe look Bad and the detail is bad and this amount is not worth this shoe in here Egypt is not worth more than 7 dollars
ОтветитьIf you bought that expecting grounding experience, I think you've got things wrong. Barefoot shoes cannot take the place of going totally barefoot. The effects of walking with naked feet are just about everything you need to live a healthy lifestyle.
Our feet were meant /created to be bare and that's why there are a number of sensors/nerve endings under our feet which connects to our entire body from head to toe. When we walk on sand, gravel and tiny stones/ pebbles, our entire body gets a stimulation through these sensors.Apart from that it allows your body to connect with the earth and absorb free Electrons from the earth's surface.
Apart from all these, our feet and soles love snd deserve that freedom of no footwear. They love to feel various textures of soil between their toes. If you love your feet and soles the way you do about the rest of your body............just go barefoot everywhere. At the very outset you might feel a bit uncomfortable as the soles are tender, however they adjust faster than you think. Start from home. Be totally barefoot ALWAYS when you're at home. Then gradually move to your garden. Walk on grass at tge beginning and move towards other surface like Sand, gravel and tiny stones / Pebbles. Tiny Stones are the best and the most effective. Like I mentioned earlier, they're the ones who activate the sensors/ nerve endings. No shoes of any type can give your body those effects.
Just be totally barefoot always for good health and happy feet and soles.
Vivo ones I have in black I like the feel of the ground but it does cause an aching but it’s prob a good sign
ОтветитьBarefoot shoes are the only shoes I can wear for my 12 hour hospital shifts without my feet hurting. Lol. But I've always had issues with normal shoes because I am Barefoot at home all the time.
ОтветитьFirst off, there is no such thing as a barefoot shoe, that's like saying I am wearing naked pants. Your either barefoot or your not. Secondly if you want to get accustomed to walking barefoot start walking barefoot, not with shoes on. but please , please start slow. Start in you house for a few months , then go outside in your yard for 30 minutes at a time . Remember it takes months to undo years of bad footwear
ОтветитьAwesome 😎
ОтветитьIt is adorable how much your doggie loves you!!
ОтветитьThe real question is how do they smell? 😂
ОтветитьYes or no please?
ОтветитьShould’ve done a sniff test after each day
Ответитьmy friend did this before, according to her....yep painful.
ОтветитьYou must have bought the wrong shoes cause i know some women who wear certain tennis shoes with out socks and they prefer to wear them with out sock's. They might have a little smell to there feet but more comfortable barefoot.
ОтветитьMail-ordering footwear is problematic. It's better to be able to try them on before you buy. (But even I do it because the local shops don't have the kind of shoes I am looking for. Which are, by the way, for years exclusively "barefoot" shoes.)
Feet come in different widths. Too wide, too narrow shoes aren't good.
Blisters are one reason I prefer going all barefoot. Conditioning my feet for barefoot hikes was a great decision of life. I feel like people who MUST wear shoes to go out make themselves unnecessarily dependent of artificial objects. I don't need a wheelchair to get around. I don't need shoes either.
Anyway it might be a good idea to adjust your "mechanics" to use the natural softness and springiness of your own walking apparatus rather than relying on the cushioning of shoes.
I actually suggest that you do short daily barefoot walks, not barefoot shoes but entirely barefoot, without any stress of time or distance to cover, just concentrating on what you feel in your soles, your joints and muscles. Try coming to a soft and "fluid" gait without hard impacts. Your ankle and knee joints can actually act as springs if you allow them. (I'm not an expert, I just have experience walking barefoot on a lot of surfaces over long distances.)
Just replacing the shoes and going on with your regular walking/running style, distance and speed isn't that good an idea, it seems. Some long distance runners developed their endurance and running styles in cushioned running shoes and then switched to barefoot or minimal shoes, they got lots of problems because parts of their muscles were seriously underdeveloped after years of running in shoes. Give it time, don't overdo it but make barefoot training a regular thing.
And maybe find a pair of minimal shoes more suited to your individual foot shape. These, as it seems, are made for wider feet than yours.
No you look absolutely amazing like always
