ОтветитьIf you think of it the night before, salt and put them back in the fridge until cook time. This goes a long way to keeping the chicken from getting too dry when you cook it.

1) you are using a Teflon pan which should only be used for low to medium temperature
2) a stainless steel pan is the correct pan to use as it reaches 400 degrees F and will create the crust on your chicken breast
3) tenders are not ideal for this technique of cooking because they are very tender and another downside is they have less protein
4) butter has a low heat point so it will burn/smoke very quickly, it’s better to use avocado oil for high heat and high temp on breast.
5) butter should be used for basting and oil is used before butter to prevent the butter from burning
Since you're targeting beginners, you might wanna include all parts of the meal, just saying, since you didn't say anything about the rice. ;)
