Great review, i've got a box of S43 beers turning up in about an hour including TWO of these so super excited now :)

Durham has some lovely bars. Namely the holy GrAle and the hop knocker. Not too far from Newcastle too with brinkburn brewery and anarchy. May as well make a couple of days of it then get yourself to play brew co in Middlesbrough on your way back down. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

£4.90 Cryo hops, Oats, Dextrin, Lactose. It's an adjuncted, overpriced "beer" for hipsters. Reinheitsgebot for a reason.

Station House, Victoria Inn, Hop Knocker, Holy Grale, Colpitts Hotel, Elm Tree, Head of Steam all great options in Durham. It's a lovely city.

My Brewser order arrived this morning and I chose S43 for this month - this was included 😊

Durham is almost next to Newcastle, so definitely worth a trip to the North East

I don't know about Durham, but if you do come to the North East you could also visit the Maxim Brewery and sample some of there other fantastic beers as well as the Double Maxim

S43 is a new company for me, I must try this..the beer looks good with the flavours derived from hops
The idea of using a Mc Donald's name for publicity is pretty clever!

I’ve heard rumours about S43 going bust. So get as many beers in from them as you can. Cos they may not be around for much longer.

Would recommend a beer trip to Durham! Durham Brewery and S43 are very close, also some great craft/cask beer pubs in town like Holy Grale, Station House and Fram Ferment. Caveat: a biased local.
