ОтветитьHi! May I ask if its effective if I do it everyday? Or just 3x a week something like that. What do you recommend? And is this also to make your 🍑 big? Btw, doin' this for 3w everyday and I'm seeing slightly difference now, like I have a flat as board 🍑 😢😂 but now, every time I'm wearing fitted bottom clothes my 🍑 would mark and are rounded shaped now and i think slightly toned too. It's like 'oh I have 🍑 now' 😂 can't stop looking at the mirror and do a butt check 😂 loving this workout so much ❤ Hope you can answer me.
