ОтветитьThis was very pleasing. I'm having trouble with anxiety. As I listened and breathed, I became very relaxed, then a thought emerged in my mind..."If they put a jump scare in the middle of this meditation video I'm going to have a heart attack!"
ОтветитьThis is valuable information. I read a book on a similar subject that had a lasting effect. "A Life Unplugged: Reclaiming Reality in a Digital Age" by Theodore Blaze
ОтветитьI am an IU alum! I just made a video on breathing techniques for kids on my Kids Yoga channel! Your voice is so soothing. I will definitely include belly breathing into my future breathing technique teachings :) Thank you for this!

ОтветитьI BREATHE IN AND OUT USING MY LUNGS - MY BELLY STAYS STILL OR VERY LITTLE MOVEMENT AND I FIND TRYING TO FORCE IT ONLY LEADS TO MORE STRESS
ОтветитьAh, so! This is ZEN Meditation!! As an Internist who has practiced Zen and Yoga, I must say: both the breathing in and out MUST be through the nose. It is natural and relaxing. Also, the warm moist air from the lungs is valuable to the sinuses, why waste it?!
ОтветитьIs there a difference breathing only through the nose and not exhaling with the mouth?
