VERY nice short-scale ax for the $$$, assuming it's Gibson's usual 24 3/4" when you say "short." I have a grafted walnut short-scale (24 7/8") Taylor 415CE Ltd, very big tone for it's size as well, but I wish this had been around before I bought it. I prefer the Gibson's necks to the Taylor's. I also made the mistake of selling a Gibson J-45 Rosewood before I had chosen a replacement. Big neck mistake. That's just a personal preference, the Taylor's neck is a bit too fat & wide for my left hand. The J-45's body is too big for me to fit into my chair & where I usually play. I wish Gibson would make a parlor that sounded like that J-45RW or the jumbos Greg's been playing of late. Need a little ax with a big tone. Not loud, just BIG & FAT tone. Gibson should be able to do that, right? 🤗😏🤠
