You are completely ignoring the description of the fall of Lucifer in the book of Isaiah. Its ver clear that Lucifer sought to exhalt himself over the stars of God, and was cast down to earth, this is the event Jesus meant when he said “I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven." Lucifer is doomed for the Pit for his misdeads that have ravaged the nations

This concept came from theologians who either did not understand the bible or wanted to promote their own agendas. Let's go first to the one chapter that uses the name Lucifer to see the context. Pay close attention to each word I place in red, for they are all key to understanding Isaiah's analogy.


Isaiah 14: 12

How you have fallen from heaven,O Lucifer/ morning star, son of the dawn!You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the nations!


13 You said in your heart,“I will ascend to the heavens; I will raise my throne above the stars of God; I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly, on the utmost heights of Mount Zaphon.[b]

15 But you are brought down to the realm of the dead, to the depths of the pit.

This is not about an actual angel being cast out of heaven folks!

Yep, this is a human king that God gave power too!

The word Lucifer means:


son of the morning or morning star.

Which is nothing more than an analogy of an actual celestial star that sits out in space.

Isaiah compares the fall of this king to an actual falling star or shooting star

So one would ask:

If the theologians would have read this chapter from the beginning God made sure that we knew who the title Lucifer was pertaining too. Let's see:

The head of the statue was made of pure gold, its chest and arms of silver, its belly and thighs of bronze, its legs of iron, its feet partly of iron and partly of baked clay.

Now he then saw this.

While you were watching, a rock was cut out, but not by human hands. It struck the statue on its feet of iron and clay and smashed them.

Now these 4 parts of the statues represent four world empires.

It is basically Babylon, Persia, Greece and Rome.

Now, in response Nebuchadnezzar built a statue entirely of gold.

Daniel 3:1

King Nebuchadnezzar made an image of gold, sixty cubits high and six cubits wide, and set it up on the plain of Dura in the province of Babylon.

What people do not realise is this. He is telling the whole world that he will rule forever. As such, in his mind, Persia, Greece and Rome will not be able to defeat him.

The statue is just GOLD.

Thus, what did that mean?

It means he will rule forever and forever.

This is what Isaiah meant when he said.

Isaiah 14:13

You said in your heart,
“I will ascend to the heavens;

Now. He viewed himself as God.

That is why Isaiah called him Lucifer.

Isaiah 14:12

How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning!
how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!

So you see the term Lucifer was used for him. Lucifer is actually Latin for morning star.

Isaiah 14:4

How the oppressor has come to an end!
How his fury has ended!

Now.

Did you know that in Revelation Jesus was also called the morning star?

Revelation 22:16

“I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star.”

That is Lucifer. Morning Star.

Now why is Jesus referring himself as this?

This is because Jerusalem had become the new Babylon.

Jerusalem thought it would be in its place in the heavens. It’s rulers thought by their prostituting themselves with Rome, they would rule forever.

So Jesus tells them he is the rock that would banish the 4th kingdom.

Daniel 2:44-45

“In the time of those kings, the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed, nor will it be left to another people. It will crush all those kingdoms and bring them to an end, but it will itself endure forever. This is the meaning of the vision of the rock cut out of a mountain, but not by human hands —a rock that broke the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver and the gold to pieces.

This is Jesus. He is the king that will last forever and forever. He is the true morning star.

So you see Satan is not Lucifer.

Jesus is.

He is the true king that lasts forever and ever.

I love this show so much, and I thought it was very intriguing how you presented such a well thought out theory. Very interesting! I just think it probably goes a bit deeper than that, as Revelation clearly talks about a war between good and evil, with a physical battle taking place, not allegorical or through parables. Jesus talks about resisting “the devil” and he will flee from you… so although I think it is a fascinating theory, I’m not quite so sure that’s the case. I do think its fascinating how Zoroastrianism could have influenced the culture though!

The Devil is a complicated story. But the name Lucifer gives some clues, means lightbringer the most beautiful of all the angels. Think about it, that could only be a female, not a man, or maybe a transexual. If the whole story was true, it was a love/hate relationship through the ages with no resolution. The typical result of the male side of things verses the female side of things and everything inbetween.

Why is mankind forbidden from the acquisition of knowledge? Or the ability to question their creator about this?

He's a ScapeGoat character. That's why a goat is symbolically attached to him and in the word ScapeGoat. Everything negative is dumped onto his shoulders so the rest of the community as a whole can disassociate any involvement and feel clean and free. And Christ serves the same purpose albeit the supposed binary opposite All Good sacrifice so the community can metaphorically wash all their wrong doings in his blood and feel free of it all. Both are called God's Sons and Morning star. They're one in the same. There's nothing that is either all good or all evil with no variations.

He casted out demons. They very much believed in the evil eye even before Jesus.
They had to have believed in a actual spirit being the adversary.

Satan is one of the host of heaven, why else would GOD call attention to Job. Doesn't GOD know what is always going to happen? Didn't he know Eve and Adam would sin? Didn't GOD let the snake into the Garden Of Eden? In the Old testament didn't GOD send snakes to the Israelites when they wanted water. Then Jesus comes a along and all is love? I'm confused.
