This makes me feel nostalgic somehow, like a very familiar sound, Its like im a kid again in a car or sitting outside and there is some type off road close and u can hear the silence or the breeze of the wind. I feel like im back in school and this was the sound i would hear around me or in my head when i was by myself.

This helped me a lot with my studies. I tried other colors of noise, but they just give me headaches this eased the noise around me. This also gives me some sort of nostalgic peace at my soul.

I listen to this every night now, I used to struggle so bad with sleep issues due to severe chronic pain…now I actually can’t remember the last time I didn’t sleep the whole night through. Thank you, when I don’t sleep well my pain is significantly worse so this has had a huge impact in my life. 💖💖💖
