Even after 2 months of doing these exercises on and off...I am still finding it difficult daily..not seeing any progress in my ease of doing these exercises..where I am lagging Maddy?

really liked this workout. did it with a waterbottle at work during my lunch break. Would love to see more that I could do at work with just a waterbottle or with just a desk or limited space.
