ОтветитьI was told that for every 10,000 IU of Vitamin D3 I take, I should also take 100mcg of Vitamin K2 and 400mg of Magnesium Glycinate.

ОтветитьA woman can't wear shorts?? Why are you distinguishing between men and women? And you certainly can get UV exposure without being in the middle of the day when the UV rays are worst during the summer no less. With a lower angle of the sun, you actually get more surface area exposure.

ОтветитьWe need to tell some people that try to play god not to block our sun and poison us throughout the air/food/water and do way more then taking vitamins. But yes at least 10-20k IU are needed per day that it actually gets into our system but only combined with other important supplements. My recent blood test showed an increase from 15 up to 79. My goal is 100-120. I have so much energy already and it feels great. Also I lost a lot of weight by changing my way to sleep (9h) workout (2 times a week) and the way I eat plus important bacteria. Being alkaline is also very important here. Just never get stressed and that will impact everything as well.
Detox is also a very important factor. If you’re receptors are full then hardly any supplements will ever go into your organism which means that you waisted your money and time.
Their blocking out the sun climate freaks.

It was just very low vitamin D
I’m taking 50,000 once a week now.
I am surprised how we survived at all. Name at least 1 person able to follow all or at least most important doctors' advice. If ppl were able to follow all doctor's advice - nobody would be sick. Ever. Sorry for the animals. Who gives them advice?
ОтветитьYow, the most important vitamin is vitamin C, isn't it? And remember, vitamins do not accumulate in the body, they are washed away every day and have to be supplied again and again. Excessive amount of fat soluble vitamins may be fatal.

ОтветитьTaking 5,000IU - 10,000IU per day is perfectly safe for an otherwise healthy individual. Vitamin D toxicity is not like toxicity of other fat soluble vitamins. The vitamin D isn't toxic, but in a very small minority of people may cause elevated blood calcium.
