In terms of mass transit, you have not deemed it necessary to invest in electric overhead cable cars and tram lines for mass transit in a city like Onitsha. If you embrace and adopt this sort of mass transit, your contemporaries will take you seriously.

I see his men are repainting unmarked roads, roads still covered with sand dunes and rubbish. Most of the street lights in Onitsha are half-fallen or bent at awkward angles and have been like that for years with road barriers randomly placed along the major roads. When trees are planted if ever, they are haphazardly and half-heartedly done...

Everywhere looks like a war zone with all types of vehicular traffic competing for space in the deliberately unmarked roads. Worse, a big city like Onitsha has no designated bus stops thus compounding the mayhem. Jokes apart, the man no try at all at all. At least order the ministry of works to mark the roads and install traffic signs. Which kind yeye Taipei abi Tokyo be this?
