This is one song. Huh?

The thing I like most about this song is the name. Deus Ex Machina. It loosely translates to "God In The Machine." The term is latin and comes from old Greek plays where a God would have to come in and help the main hero. Today, it's a troupe in television and movies to give the main characters something they would never get normally. And I truly believe that's what the songs about.The girl wants a perfect world, and knows that the one we have now is far from perfect. She wants a Deus Ex Machina troupe to happen and help the world. I honestly think that she's not really killing anyone (As we're lead to believe in the PV) she's actually killing herself. The bag wiggling is actually her 'inner self' for lack of a better word. She sets her hopes to high for the world, and takes it out on her inner self. This causes her to cut and get extremely depressed. The girl threatens to attack her inner self, (hence suicide) but can't do it at first. (Her carrying the baseball bat AND threatening to boil herself alive.) Finally, what trips her over the edge is when she notices the hypocrisy of the world. This causes her to finally attack her inner self and end it all.OR she's just a fucking Yandere.
