Facing same issue especially on my right leg
ОтветитьThank you Tom. I'm sore this morning. I think I overdid it with my resistance band yesterday because I was trying to work off stress. 😢
ОтветитьI have complete foot drop on left foot with accompanying neuropathy knee down. Cause is according to a Neurosurgeon a severed or damaged peripheral nerves on the lateral side. So, is there any chance of regaining any dorsiflex ability to reverse my foot drop?
ОтветитьMy mom's been in hospice a week now. They screwed up her medication for the second time last night and my mom was crying out in pain. I reported it. It's hospice. You're not supposed to suffer there. It was hard😢 I expect better

ОтветитьThis is brilliant thank you! I've been searching for some info on this specific condition for a long time. Mine is a result of spinal stenosis and possibly post operative haematoma. I'm so grateful to you thank you 🙏 Just added that I get awful cramps at night in the affected leg all down the front shin and my foot contorts. Is this another symptom?
ОтветитьThank you so much! This is exactly what I have for the last three years since disc herniation. At this moment, I only have numbness and occasional foot drop. I have your book and I will do the exercises in CH22. How likely that my numbness will go away?
ОтветитьThank you, I love your channel, your kindness and of course your lovely book.
❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏
Hello, I had a fracture of my tibia 4 months ago. I still can't stand on my toes in that leg, and it feels numb when I get up in the morning. I can't stand on it right away, it takes me 10 minutes to walk. I do exercises, and I also have a herniated disc in my lumbar region S1 L5. Is that the cause or have the leg muscles and tendons not yet recovered, so my leg is still not feeling right?
ОтветитьSir
MRI is normal but I do have gait issue wherein my feet floot and make me off balance .
Is there any exercise for this ?
If muscle is atrophied with nerve damage. Will light exercise ever bring some muscle tissue back ?
