Do you think the Joker card means there's going to be an Alice In Borderland Season 3? Comment your thoughts below!

shame on me for not realizing this was all a fantasy when the king of spades kept missing his bullets point blank.

I felt like they rushed it a lot in season 2. But I enjoyed it

I'm glad the joker was there and that there's another season. Otherwise the ending would've sucked. Even if the aventure was fun.

If it was all them being in purgatory for 1 min, and them forgetting things when being back.

The King of Spades saying "I'm sorry, this is how I knew how to save you" would've made no sense.

Everything would've been for nothing, all lessons forgotten, all realizations forgotten.

The joker tells me that's all an illusion as well.

This is the ending of the manga, so idk how they gonna continue the story without going off the main canon storyline.

I think they meant this for more seasons but due to the pandemic delay, they didnt know if there would be more. So they rushed it, made episodes longer and set it up for another season or ending if not renewed.

Theory -- As per my opinion, that world was not real. I have an evidence to prove that. In the season 1, When Arishu and his friends try to cross the road, they see a fireworks on the sky, which was actually a fireworks. But in the last episode of season 2, we saw that fireworks as not fireworks, it was meteoroid. Of this world was real yhe fireworks should be seen in the last episode as we saw in the first episode pf season 1. It might be an illusion and not the real world that they are thinking of because joker card also represents the unpredictability and making fool 😊

in GAME JOKER IS WILD CARD USED TO REPRESENT OTHER CARDS LIKE SPADE, HEART, DIAMOND, CLUB BY SHOWING IT THAT REAL LIFE IS GAME WHERE WE PLAY ALL TYPE OF CARD GAMES

the Joker card basically means that real life is a game
season 1 and 2 already wrapped up everything for the main characters story
but i hope there is a Season 3
another disaster, another group of players and game masters
this time i hope they choose to became citizen
or even a returning main character or villain

First thing that came to mind when I saw the joker card is the fact that it's a wild card, it can replace any card. In a card game, when you're in a tight spot - you can pull out the joker card as a substitute to another card - meaning it's a second chance for you to improve your situation and survive in the game. In this case, I believe it simply represents the "second chance" they are given to live. It makes sense to me that way, I don't think it means there will be any more to this story, it's over and it should stay that way unless they somehow make another show which would be completely different and more of a "slice of life" kind of show where the characters end up being friends through some support groups or whatever but honestly it would be more of fan service than anything else.

There's a scene where Arisu and Usagi are in the hot springs after the elephant. Arisu noticed something on the wall. It looked a lot like the jokers face smiling at them in a creepy way.

Brace yourselves... because season 3 will be happening....we don't know the exact release date.
The joker card simply tells us that the game never ends in an easy method...maybe it could be a parallel reality manipulated by the game master.Better than squid game I must say❤

Do we think the hospital could be the final game and the basis for season 3? Since the joker card was laid on the table similarly to the way the cards laid on tables in season 1? They could have all been transported there, fed a fake story of a meteor strike, and their memories wiped. They declined permanent residence in Borderland but I don’t think they ever said if they would be returned to their normal lives

I fell in love with Chishiya the moment he said "I'm screwed" after loosing a partner.
He was the only one carrying out sensible plans not backed up by plot armor and when all odds were against him, he recognized he only made it due to luck. Something most of us can understand, he felt more human than the others.
The rest of the cast felt like they had truly been written for manga not live action, idk if that makes sense.

I dont get it, did the QoH have mind control powers?
I was hoping Usagi's dad was in the Borderland and that Usagi would have to choose to let him and Arisu go to beat the final game, then Arisu would have found a secret 3rd option and won the day.

If there's a season 3, I hope two Joker "demons" from the Borderlands come back to the real world and "torment" the returnees. Each of the returnees have to use their wits to determine what's real and what's a joker illusion. Maybe like two psychological versions of pennywise's IT. One's good and the other is evil.

Alternatively, the Joker cards should have been in the game but no one knows what they are. the people who go to them never return and then it's revealed it was a way home all along or something.

In any given hand, the joker represents any card or no card at all. That means, if life is a game, then you can choose to be whatever you want.

It is said that when you die your brain releases something that puts you in a dream like state. I believe the f’d up games were a product of the games he was playing at the beginning of the show. His brain scanned all contents of what he experienced on the day of the explosion, then when the meteor or nuke hit his brain went into creative mode/autopilot and fabricated borderland, which led me to believe that the reason the population in the borderland world decreased so dramatically was because the ones that were there were just the faces of the people that his brain remembered and his brain made up how it thinks they would act and basically judging all the books by their covers .

The ending basically destroyed all the character progression of the show. Like all of it. Had they kept their memories it would have been a 10/10 ending but losing them made watching the entire thing somewhat pointless.

So what about the place they discovered with monitors monitoring ?
What about the dealer of the game she was the only one that killed not by the game ?
Who controlled citizens?
If the citizens knew the answer then where is the answer ?
And only why arisu have his memory?
Joker just a trick to fool us is not enough
If it is then there is lot of plothole in the series that doesn't make sense
If s2 is the final ending then the whole series is just zibbrish story with some good games
